If you choose to cancel your subscription before the next renewal period, you will retain access to the app until the end of your current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.

    If you are using a free trial of our app, the free trial period will be specified at the time of registration. If you decide not to continue with the subscription after the trial, ensure that you cancel it before the trial period ends to avoid any charges. Once the trial ends and the subscription begins, our No Refund policy applies.

Refund Policy for StetthUps Scrubs
 
At StetthUps, we strive to provide high-quality scrubs that meet your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience.
 
Eligibility for Refunds
 
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
1. The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
 
Non-Refundable Items
 
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
1. Customized or personalized scrubs unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Scrubs that have been worn, washed, or altered.
3. Items returned beyond the 7-day return window.
 
Refund Process
 
1. Initiating a Return:
